🗒 Processing Time

Order Verification: Once your payment is confirmed, orders are typically processed, packed, and ready for dispatch within 1 to 3 business days.
Holidays: Processing may take slightly longer during festive seasons, public holidays, or major promotional sale events.

💡 Delivery Timelines

Domestic Shipping: Packages are shipped within India and generally reach their destination within 4 to 7 business days after dispatch.
Regional Variations: Deliveries to metro cities are faster, while remote areas or northeastern states may take up to 7 to 10 business days.

🔒 Shipping Charges

Rates: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the parcel and your delivery pin code.
Free Shipping: They may offer free standard shipping across India on orders above a specific cart value or during limited-time promotions.

🤝 Tracking Your Parcel

Tracking Details: As soon as your order leaves their facility, an automatic shipping confirmation containing a Tracking ID and link will be sent to your registered email or phone number.
Couriers: They partner with reliable third-party logistics networks (like Delhivery, Blue Dart, Xpressbees, or DTDC) to manage safe transport.

📦 Delivery Attempts & Verification

Attempts: Courier partners will make up to 2 or 3 delivery attempts. If you fail to pick up the calls or are unavailable, the parcel will be marked as "Return to Origin" (RTO).
RTO Charges: If a parcel returns to their warehouse due to an incorrect address or non-contactable customer, you may be charged an additional fee to re-ship it.

🛡 Lost or Damaged Shipments

Transit Damage: If the outer packaging looks heavily torn, tampered with, or open upon arrival, do not accept the delivery from the courier executive.
Proof Required: Always record the mandatory unboxing video from the very beginning of opening the package to protect yourself against any missing or transit-damaged items.
